Sheil sat in her den, her wounds covered in moss. Melandru sat over her, watching over Sheil with caring eyes. "You have to be more careful next time," Melandru whispers, nudging a poppy flower to Sheil's paws. "Eat. It'll help calm you down."

Sheil crunched down on the poppy, throwing away the stem once she was finished. The alpha looked exhausted, and she could barely move due to all the lichen on her wounds. "If I don't find them off my territory in a week.." She murmurs, trying to lift herself up, but failing.

"Rest, big sister. Your wound shall heal overnight. You must rest now," she told her, picking off all the moss with a dainty paw. "You'll need to clean yourself after."

Sheil lay her head on her paws, falling into a deep, poppy induced sleep. Melandru sat outside the den, making sure that no one unwanted came in. Melandru munched on her own poppy flower, careful not to eat too much of it, else she would fall asleep, and Sheil would be left unguarded.

Melandru shivered, pushing her way back into the den. "Nobody came overnight. Not even a scent of any other wolves except for us two," Melandru announced, shivering. She sneezed, prowling to the back of the den, chewing on a flower. "Ugh.. I got a chill.." She mumbled, leaving the flower alone.

Sheil was sitting there cleaning her wounds, free of all the moss. "I need to hunt.. But I can't get out if all my pack is against me.." Her gaze went to Melandru. "Except for you."

Melandru felt hot under her fur. ".. Thank you, big sister." She said, laying down beside the alpha. Melandru rolled a tongue over Sheil's chestfur, snuggling against her. A favorite past time for Melandru; spending time beside her 'big sister', Sheil.

Melandru opened her eyes sleepily, looking around the den with tired eyes. Sheil was still sleeping beside her. Melandru sighed with happiness, lifting herself up and walking around the territory, sniffing around for any intruders, threatening wolves, or the three wolves that Sheil said for them to leave within a week.

Melandru growls lowly at Starbuck. "I've got a chill. I suggest you keep away," she simply says, walking back to Sheil's den. Sheil lay in her den, ears pricked up and alert.

Melandru growls lowly, standing guard of the den. "What do you want? I'm not allowed to let anyone in here at all; unless Sheil trusts them," she murmured, her voice quiet.

"I don't need a wanna-be seer's help. They'll end up poisoning me due to not knowing which herbs do what," Melandru growled, keeping guard of Sheil's den. "I can cure my own chill, you know."

Melandru gives a shiver, lowering her head so that she could get inside the den. "One thing to report. Strange wolf came; didn't smell like any of the wolves that hate you," she whispered in Sheil's ear, going back to the enterance of the den.
