[Poor Tathris & Kaenen. They're turning into oldies.]

Tathris sighed, looking out over the clearing. Her muzzle was begining to turn a wispy silver, showing her old age. The tips of her ears were a silver aswell, and her once bold orange markings looked faint against her still beautiful white pelt. The orange star beneath her eye was still as bold as ever; showing up against her orange pelt. Her green eyes were still shining with curiousity and playfullness; as if she were still a pup.

Kaenen lay next to Tathris, peacefully sleeping in the sunlight. His black pelt was bold, but his muzzle was graying. His orange swirl-patterns were fading aswell, barely showing up anymore. His eartips were a pale orange still, as with his toes. Time had not been friendly to these two. Their pups had grown up well, though the memory of their long lost pup; Star, still lingered in their minds.

[Any of the pups can RP to this ^.^ Infact, anyone can, aslong as they aren't going to fight these two poor oldies.]

Jel walked to his parents he had become a large fisty young adlut now. He licked his mothers muzzle and stood back up. He looked at he mother and father. They seem so old now and he felt like time was being taking away from them. He growled at the thought of it. He had been dependant on his parent for a while now. But not just for food. For love and friendliness. He lay down next to them watching around.

Eaglesong soon enough came trotting back to the packlands. With a calf in his jaws. The blood stained his white chest. He dropped the food a few paces away from the Alphas. "For you.." He said and sat down. He had not been in the pack for that long but his loyalty earned him Beta male in the pack.

Tathris smiled at Jel, patting him on the head with a paw. She turned her head to look at Eaglesong, and then nodded, the white female standing up and shaking her pelt off. Kaenen continued to lay there, sleeping. He would get food later. "Thank you, Eaglesong," Tathris said, with a smile before pulling off a few chunks of meat from the calf. She licks her jaws, before going back to where she was laying.

Eaglesong nodded. "Its fine." He said and trotted over to back of the den. It was winter now and freezing out side. He soon fell asleep due to he was tired. From hunting and carring the calf.

Jel also went forward and bit at the calf. He manage to get a few meaty bites before laying back down beside his mother. He felt warm now, between his large father and mother. He began playing with a tiny pebble. Pushing it back and forth.

"You've grown up well, Jel," Tathris says, parting her jaws in a yawn. "Despite the fact you haven't got a mate yet.. I'm sure you'll get one soon," she said hopefully, resting her muzzle on Kaenen's back.

Darkfang jumped out the bushes, growling at Tathris. She grabs Jel and throws him away, then she jumps on tathris, growling " I'm gonna lead this pack, MUHAHAHA" Darkfang snarls, evily.

Kaenen growls, lips curled in a snarl. "Get out of here if your going to harm -any- of my pack!" He snarls, tossing Darkfang away from Tathris. "Eaglesong! Help!" He growled. Kaenen knew that he could trust the beta.

Kaenen growls, lisp curled in a snarl. "You are exiled from this pack now!" He yowls after her, returning to Tathris' side.

"Oh boo hoo, you oldies, what you gonna do, knit me to death" Darkfang snarled, wickedly, picking up tathris and throwing her into a tree.

"Get OUT of here!" Kaenen screams, tackling Darkfang to the floor, sinking his teeth in her neck. "I know that you want to be an alpha and be my mate. Well guess what! Your not!" He screamed, raising a paw as if he were going to slam it down on the floor. But instead, he waited for a submission or a yowl indicating that the runt of an omega had run off.

Jel stands up slowly and growls at her. "She was lucky i was sleeping!" He snarled at the trees where she left.

Eaglesong stood at the sound of his Alpha. Seeing that the indruder left he walked to Kaenen. "I so sorry alpha...I was sleeping." He whined submissaly.

Kaenen opened his mouth to say something; but didn't. He just sat there, gazing down at Tathris' body. "Shes gone. Tath.. Tathris is gone!" He wailed, flopping down and pressing his muzzle into her fur.
